Refund Policy

Short version: Monthly plans are eligible for a full refund within 10 days of payment, provided you have used fewer than 20% of your monthly credits. Annual plans are eligible within 20 days of payment with fewer than 5% of credits used. One refund per account, ever. Contact hi@imgpressor.in to request one.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing and no payment is taken. There is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time with no obligation.

A refund request that falls within the window and under the usage threshold will be approved. Requests outside the window, or where usage exceeds the threshold, are not eligible for a refund.
3. One Refund Per Account
We allow a maximum of one (1) refund per account, ever. If you have previously received a refund on the same account, subsequent refund requests will not be approved regardless of circumstances.
4. What Is Not Refundable
- Requests made after the applicable window (10 or 20 days).
- Plans where the usage threshold has been exceeded.
- Second or subsequent refund requests on the same account.
- Renewals — a subscription renewal is treated as a new billing cycle. If you did not cancel before renewal and no longer wish to continue, you may cancel going forward; the renewal charge itself is not refundable.
- Plans purchased at a discounted or promotional rate, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hi@imgpressor.in with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address registered to your Imgpressor account.
- The plan you subscribed to (Pro or Agency, monthly or annual).
- The approximate date of payment.
- A brief reason for the request (optional, but helps us improve).
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original PayPal payment method within 3–5 business days.
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are two separate actions:
- Cancellation stops future billing. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
- Refund returns the most recent charge. If a refund is issued, your plan is downgraded to Free immediately upon processing (you will not retain the remainder of the billing period).
If you wish to cancel without a refund, simply cancel your PayPal subscription and enjoy the service until the period ends.
7. Service Outages
In the rare event of an extended service outage (more than 24 consecutive hours of API unavailability) that prevents you from using the Service during your billing period, you may contact us to request a pro-rated credit to your account. Credits are issued at our discretion and are not the same as a monetary refund.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. The version that applies to your purchase is the version in effect at the time of payment.
